These Terms govern your use of the Franchise World Franchisee Consultant Portal, operated by Franchise World. By creating an account you agree to use the platform in good faith, present accurate information about yourself and your investor leads, and follow the Franchise World content policy when communicating with prospects.

Brand unlock fees are non-refundable. Commission is payable only after the deal agreement is executed and the full investor payment is received. Lead ownership is determined by first submission; duplicates are rejected. Franchise World may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
